Drink X operates to one of the highest of world quality assurance standards -HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
HACCP certification is a globally recognised food safety standard that ensures the identification and control of hazards in the drink production process. It involves a systematic approach to identify, evaluate, and control hazards to ensure the safety of food products.
HACCP certification is important for drink manufacturers, processors, and distributors to demonstrate their commitment to drink safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
To meet these standards, we have a fully incorporated quality management system and an internal and external audit protocol. We undergo weekly audits and monthly external audits that ensure we are consistently achieving outstanding quality control.

GMP / FOOD SAFETY CULTURE
All staff are trained in Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) which is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. All staff and processes are monitored and audited monthly.

It is a requirement of Drink X that all staff complete the Do Food Safely Course.
These principles and standards are adhered to site wide. Additionally, all staff present a thriving food safety culture.

Drink X adheres to the quality standards established by our customers to the highest level. This includes partaking in annual site wide audits as facilitated by our customers quality team.
PRE-REQUISITE PROGRAMS
The Drink X site facilitates and controls a number of procedures and programs to ensure top standards of product quality. This includes supplier approval for new suppliers, site wide pest control, food defense, prohibiting food fraud, food safety standard cleaning, allergen controls and site-wide security (both indoors and outdoors).
Our quality control, purchasing and beverage manufacturing team have built strong relationships with our raw material suppliers (both packaging and liquid), ensuring that we have compliance across the board.
